A radon mitigation system can be installed three ways: through the interior of the house (closet to attic to roof), through the exterior (basement to side of house to above the eave), or a mix. We walk every job before quoting, identify the cleanest route, and ask you what matters most: invisibility, interior wall space, or exterior siding.
When the system runs outside, we can color-match the riser to your siding or trim. When it runs through the interior, we route through closets, mechanical rooms, and unused chase space whenever possible. The fan housing is mounted high on an exterior wall, painted to match. The manometer goes wherever you want to be able to see it.
